Last, but not least Mr C. Spencer Yeh (Taipei/Cincinnati) playing amplified Violin. Yeh is best known for his terrifying but beautiful project Burning Star Core. As an improviser his performances are tantalising and highly physical explorations of a fiercely personal vocabulary, whether it be with  violin, voice or electronics. C. Spencer Yeh (Taipei/Cincinnati) Performance ist ein Berlin Debut: Er ist Klangkünstler, Komponist und Instrumentalist und verstärkt die Geige, um die klanglichen und harmonischen Phänomene des Instruments zu unterstreichen, allerdings nur mit Händen und Bogen- ohne Präparationen oder Effekte.

Yeh studierte Radio Tv und Film an der Northwestern University und lebt derzeit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Er wird sowohl als Solo Künstler und Mitspieler gefeiert, und ist am ehesten bekannt durch sein erschreckendes aber wunderschönes Projekt Burning Star Core . Seine Auftritte als improvisierender Künstler sind körperliche Erforschungen eines sehr eigenen Vokabulars, sei es mit Stimme Geige oder Elektronik.
